Emart.pk 7-Day Return & Refund Policy
At Emart.pk, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We want to ensure you have a transparent and secure shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. Return Window
You have exactly 7 days from the date you receive your item to request a return or exchange. Unfortunately, if 7 days have passed since your delivery, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility Criteria for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be in its original, unopened packaging.
- You must provide proof of purchase or your store order number.
3. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team immediately at email emart.pk01@gmail.com or via WhatsApp at 03360928212. Please provide your order details along with clear photos or videos showing the condition of the product.
4. Return Shipping Costs
- Defective or Wrong Items: If the item arrived damaged, defective, or if we sent the wrong product, Emart.pk will cover all return shipping costs or arrange a fast replacement delivery.
- Change of Mind: If you wish to return an item due to a personal preference or change of mind, the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping fees to our central warehouse.
5. Refunds & Processing
Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse team, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, your refund will be completed securely via Bank Transfer, JazzCash, or EasyPaisa within 3–5 business days.
