1. Shipping Charges

We are proud to offer 100% Free Shipping on all orders across Pakistan. There are absolutely no hidden fees, no handling charges, and no minimum purchase requirements at checkout.

2. Order Processing & Handling Time

All orders are processed and packed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding Sundays and national holidays) after your order is confirmed. You will receive an SMS or email notification as soon as your package is dispatched.

3. Delivery Timeframes

Once handed over to our local courier delivery partners, estimated transit times are as follows:

• Major Cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Peshawar): 2 to 4 business days.
• Other Regions & Rural Areas: 3 to 5 business days.

4. Delivery Coordination

Please ensure your active WhatsApp or mobile phone number is provided correctly during checkout. The courier delivery rider will call or text you prior to delivering your order to ensure you are available to receive it.
